Barley Wine brewed with only English ingredients. A blend of highly kilned and crystal malts, along with Golden Promise make up the backbone with its sweet, honey and toffee, caramel and dried fruit flavours. Sour cherries added during maturation contribute with complexity and a little tartness but without trespassing into fruited sour territory.
